Drawing classes Stage 1 for children from 6 to 9 years old

Classes in groups of 4 of 1 hour and a half.

Guide of what we are going to see drawing in this first stage:

We will use a lot of pencil and mechanical pencil. Black pencil from 2H to 2B or some others, it is common to have hardnesses that jump every 2 points, for example 2H, HB, 2B to begin with. And 0.5 mm caliber mechanical pencils with 2H and 2B leads.

We are going to see what pencils and mechanical pencils are like, in the first sheets there is a guide to what they are like and their different hardnesses in case they are not well remembered in the future, but we are going to see this every time we draw and thus we learn better.

We will start looking at PROPORTIONS.

It is necessary to learn to see and draw more and more detail to be able to make the proportions well. Learn to measure with what we see and mentally establish if it is bigger or smaller or longer or shorter, etc.
For example, first drawing a Snoopy is simpler. Then a character with more detailed eyes, then another character with hair, and so on to achieve shapes and proportions.

At the beginning I will guide them a lot with the proportions, we will see well, for example, how far the eyes are, or the nose that is as long as an eye and a little more, and so on, until they remember to do it alone. At first it will be with exercises copying in small squares, then larger drawings and after practicing it will come out of memory without copying. For this it is good to practice with a character that you like a lot. and do it in different situations, from the front, from the side, or doing something different, and then from studying the character so much, they will remember by heart, and with time and with that study they will compare their thinking to make other characters different that they have never done before and they will also come out without copying even if they have not studied it much. We will see trees and other shapes as well.

We are going to start looking at SHADES AND TONES TO PAINT.

We will see PERSPECTIVE.

We are going to start to see COLORS WITH THEIR TONES AND SHADES.

In the future, in another stage, they have to keep practising all this things and they can also start to see notions of Illustrator and Photoshop or painting.

One-to-one course in Digital Photography and Basic Photoshop to retouch photos.

4 classes of 1 hr. each. Total 4 hours.

Intensive and private basic course aimed at getting the best out of the photo machine you have, even if it is the cell phone.

Module I: Basis of Photography and Evolution to Digital Photography - Difference of Cameras. It helps you understand the behavior of light and the limitations of different cameras with respect to light. Why were the different tools invented to compensate for these limitations? There are 3 basic tools and each one at the same time has its limitations that are offset by the other 2.

Module II: Use of your Digital Machine even if it is not a SLR. It helps to better understand and use the basic tools without depending on the automatic mode, which, although very useful, does not work when we want to force certain tools on purpose. In non-reflex cameras or cell phones there are different automatic positions for this reason.

Module III: Photographic output. Taking photos in special situations to have an example.

Module IV: Basic Photoshop to retouch photos. Bases of this program to retouch and improve the light and color of the photos.

You can follow the Course on Digital Photography and Photoshop 2 if you have a SLR Camera. DSLR
